Haircutting shops, spas, salons, cinema halls, and swimming pools all closed
Based on the suggestions of the people, the Delhi government will send the proposal to the central government today
What can be the next phase of the lockout in Delhi?
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal indicated this on Thursday. Kejriwal said, “We had sought an opinion from the people, we have received more than 5 lakh suggestions. Based on these, we will send proposals to the Center. Depending on whatever decision the Center takes, economic activities will be relaxed from next Monday.”
‘There should be very little relaxation in metro service’
Kejriwal said that most people suggested that schools and other educational institutions be closed until summer vacation. Most people say that strict action should be taken against those who do not wear masks and do not make social distinctions. People say that there should be very little relaxation in the metro service.
‘Restaurants to be opened for home delivery only’
According to Kejriwal, many people have advised keeping the hotel closed, but have kept the restaurant open to take food and home delivery. There is a general consensus that haircutting shops, spas, salons, cinema halls, and swimming pools should remain closed. Organizations in most markets suggested opening markets on an even basis.
Public suggestions will be discussed with Lt. Governor
Kejriwal informed that there will be a meeting of Delhi Deputy Governor Anil Baijal and Disaster Management Authority at 4 pm today. Suggestions received from people will be discussed in the meeting. Based on this, suggestions will be sent to the Central Government.
