Death toll from coronavirus in 24 hours has crossed three hundred for the first time, records positive cases found 9996 marks, 8102 deaths in the country in total.

Maharashtra is still the most affected state of Coronavirus in India, the number of cases has crossed 94 thousand as of Thursday, while Tamil Nadu and Delhi is at number two and three with 36,841 and 32,810 cases respectively.

Talking about the most affected states of the country, the situation in Maharashtra is quite bad. In 24 hours, the number of victims has increased to 3254 and to 94 thousand 41. At the same time, the number of dead has increased to 3438 with 149 new deaths in 24 hours. Two thousand new cases are coming to the state every day for the last three weeks. Mumbai has more than 55 percent of the state’s cases. Currently, Mumbai is ahead of all other states with 52 thousand 667 cases.

Tamil Nadu has the second-highest number of infected states, where 1927 new infections have been detected in a single day so far. With this, the number of victims in the state has now increased to 36 thousand 841. Delhi is in third position with 32 thousand 810 cases. However, if we compare the deaths in Tamil Nadu and other states, the situation in Tamil Nadu is much better. Only 136 people have died in Tamil Nadu, compared to 1347 at number four in Gujarat and 984 at number three in Delhi.
At this time, comforting news for India is that till now about 50 per cent of the total patients i.e. about one lakh 40 thousand 979 people have recovered and returned home. In the last 24 hours, only 6300 patients have been discharged. The number of active cases in the country is 1 lakh 38 thousand.
